YUMA, Ariz. – A man was arrested after police say he demanded money from a clerk and threatened bodily harm.
The Yuma Police Department (YPD) said Philip Hinojos entered the Circle K located at 2400 S. Arizona Ave. at about 2:42 a.m Monday. Police met with Hinojos as he exited the store. YPD said Hinojos took approximately $10 worth of items without paying for them.
He was arrested and booked into the Yuma County Detention Center. There were no injuries reported in this case.
