YUMA, Ariz. – This week on Yuma’s Most Wanted be on the lookout for Javier Pineda Castrejon, he was convicted for attempting to drive under the influence of alcohol. He is a 25 year old Hispanic man. 5’11 and 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos, on his left forearm he has a Mexican state of senora outline, “You only Live Once” tattooed on his left arm and a grim reaper and skulls on his right arm, among other tattoos.
This next fugitive was convicted of Attempted Trafficking in Stolen Property, Martin Matus III is a 24 year old Hispanic man. He’s 5’8 and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has “AZ” tattooed on his right arm, a piece sign on his neck and a Mexican eagle tattooed on his back.
Franklin Hemmers was convicted of attempted burglary and attempted shoplifting he’s a 20 year old native american. He is 5’9 and 197 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He’s known to go by an alias Franklin James Hemmers or Frankie Hemmers. He has several tattoos including “NCM” on his left eyebrow and a cross by his left eye. He has his last name “Hemmers” on his right forearm and a dollar sign ($) on his right hand.
Our final fugitive was convicted of criminal trespassing in the 1st degree. Michelle Louise Clay is a 34 year old Caucasian woman. She’s 4’10 and 135 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She may go by an alias Michelle Medina or Louise Clay. She has three dots tattooed on her right ankle and a small line tattooed on her left ankle.
If you know anything about these fugitives immediately contact the Yuma Police Department or 78-crime to remain anonymous. Information leading to an arrest could earn you a thousand dollar reward. Do not confront these criminals on your own.
