YUMA, Ariz. – Rural/Metro says between 60 and 100 hay bales caught fire in Yuma Friday afternoon. A farmer reported the fire right before 1 p.m. It happened on Avenue F between County 17 Street and County 18 Street.
Firefighters responded soon after and were able to contain the fire.
Investigators are trying to determine what sparked the blaze.
No injuries were reported.
