YUMA, Ariz. – A man accused of robbing a Little Ceasers restaurant was sentenced Wednesday morning.
Ernest John Martinez has pleaded guilty to two aggravated assault charges. He will serve four years in prison for the robbery that happened in April.
He was ordered to 48 months of probation and pay $175 in restitution. 188 days will be credited to his sentence.
