YUMA, Ariz. – The driver of a fatal crash got his trial date set Wednesday morning.
42-year-old, Markley Allen Foster, will face murder trial for a crash that killed two San Luis residents. The incident happened in May at the intersection of Highway 95 and Avenue 7E.
The trial is scheduled to start at the end of February.
