YUMA, Ariz. – Two men with a shotgun tied up and robbed an elderly man in his hotel room.
Yuma Police Department (YPD) officers say the victim claims the two men knocked on his door shortly after midnight Tuesday. When he answered the door the two men forced themselves into the room and tied up the man. Eventually the victim was able free himself and call 911.
The men took an undisclosed amount of money and some of the victim’s personal belongings.
Officers say one of the men was wearing a black mask; the other, was wearing a mask with a skull on it. The suspects are described as Hispanics in their 20s.
