UPDATE: Anthony Rivera was located uninjured and safe at 10:50 p.m.
YUMA, Ariz. – The Yuma Police Department is looking for a teenager who may be a danger to himself.
YPD said Thursday at 7:00 p.m., 16-year-old Anthony Rivera left Yuma Regional Medical Center without authorization.
He is in the care of the Department of Child Services, and has no belongings other than the clothing on his back.
Rivera is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a black sweater and a teal sweater underneath. He was also wearing blue jeans frayed at the bottom and black vans.
