YUMA, Ariz. – U.S. Border Patrol agents rescued two undocumented immigrants who allegedly entered the country illegally on Tuesday.
Agents say the men talked to the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office (YCSO) dispatch when they called 911 to report being lost.
YCSO officials then contacted Border Patrol, who were able to find the two men. Agents say the men made a fire south of Tacna so that rescue crews could find them.
The men were treated for dehydration and were taken to the Wellton Station to be processed according to agents.
