YUMA FOOTHILLS, Ariz. – One person is dead following a three-vehicle crash in the Foothills. The Yuma County Sheriff’s Office said the crash happened Friday afternoon on 34th Place and Fortuna Road.
Three people were taken to Yuma Regional Medical Center. One person was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other two people suffered non-life threatening injuries.
YCSO said to expect major delays on Fortuna Road for a few more hours Friday night, while the Critical Accident Reconstruction Team investigates the collision. The incident is under investigation.
