YUMA, Ariz. – A local coffee shop in Yuma is helping a 14-year-old raise money to fight cancer.
At North End Coffeehouse, there is a donation bottle placed in the shop for anyone to come in and make a donation.
The donation’s will help Benny Rodriguez, an eighth grade student at Gila Vista Junior High pay his medical bills.
The coffee shop also has plans this Saturday for “Cups for Benny” to be sold.
The shop says $1 of all the cups of coffee sold will be given to his family.
