PHOENIX,-
Senate Bill 1011 would have any adult that has been convicted of animal abuse would have to go to county sheriffs to be registered for animal abuse. The state Department of Public Safety would maintain the registry will all the names and information of the convicted animal abusers. The bill was sponsored by Senator Andrew Sherwood of Tempe, Arizona and on January 11th the Arizona legislature will discuss this proposed bill and many others to see if they will go into law for the new year.
